United Site Services, Inc. (“USS” or the “Company”), during Odyssey’s ownership period, was a provider of portable sanitation and related site services in the United States. USS rented and serviced a comprehensive line of portable restrooms, sinks and other related site services to a broad range of customers, including residential builders, commercial construction contractors, government agencies and special event planners.
