Ranpak Corp. (“Ranpak” or the “Company”), during Odyssey's ownership, was a provider of paper-based systems to the “in-the-box” protective systems market in North America and Europe. The Company installed its machines at the facilities of its end-users, who then were required to exclusively purchase converted paper from Ranpak on an on-going basis.
