Pexco, LLC ("Pexco" or the "Company") is a component supplier across a variety of industrial end markets and applications. The Company is primarily engaged in designing and manufacturing extruded plastic tubes and profiles, but also offers a variety of complementary value-added services, including design, prototyping, die building, sub assembly, fabrication, and supply chain management. Key end-markets include fluid handling, electrical insulation, traffic safety, infrastructure, and lighting, among other industrial verticals. The Company sells directly to OEMs and end users, as well as through distribution in certain markets.
