Cross Country Infrastructure Services (“Cross Country” or the “Company”) is a provider of equipment and supplies to the pipeline and general construction industries. The Company maintains a rental fleet of pipeline specific and general purpose equipment, and sells tools and supplies to contractors. Cross Country's equipment and supplies are used in the construction of new pipelines, the repair, replacement and retrofit of existing lines and general infrastructure activities.
