4Wall Acquires Assets of Beame

Lititz, PA - 4Wall Entertainment, a national provider of stage and theatrical services, has reached an agreement to acquire the assets of Lititz, PA based lighting, rigging, and labor provider Beame.

Beame, formerly known as Atomic Lighting, has supplied lighting, rigging, and production support to major events and award shows including Nike Super Bowl 50, Miss America 2016, the Latin Grammy Awards, and NBC's The Wiz.

4Wall will be adding the entire Beame staff to the company including founders Brad Hafer and Brett Puwalski, as well as longtime Account Executive Bob Looney. The current Beame headquarters will be maintained and re-branded as 4Wall Pennsylvania (4Wall PA) and will continue to operate under the direction of Hafer and Puwalski.

Long known for quality and customer service from a production standpoint, the new 4Wall PA will continue to provide the same services that Beame has always offered, including full production support, talented labor, and superior product knowledge and expertise.

Brad Hafer, who will assume the role of Director of Live Events with 4Wall, spoke of the move.

"Joining 4Wall gives us an opportunity to partner with our customers in even more ways than we were able to as Beame. Having nationwide locations filled with quality equipment will allow us to focus even more on client support in the many cities and states we work in. While the name on the cases may change, we are committed to providing the same scope of work we always have."

4Wall CEO Kathy Torjman spoke of the acquisition.

"Beame shares the same characteristics as 4Wall when it comes to equipment," explained Torjman. "Their standards for having immaculate gear and a well-maintained shop match ours. In addition to adding a facility that already lives up to 4Wall standards, we will be adding their labor force to our growing live event division, which we know will excite our current and future customer base."
