Odyssey Investment Partners Completes $1.2 billion Sale of Norcross to HoneywellNEW YORK, May 15, 2008 - Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC ("Odyssey") today announced that it has completed the previously announced sale of its portfolio company Norcross Safety Products L.L.C. ("Norcross") to Honeywell International Inc. in a transaction valued at approximately $1.2 billion.
